Why credentials matter here
- A credential reference is a required input to any professional-approval attempt on the validation pages. Without one, approval is blocked (MISSING_CREDENTIAL).
- Expired or revoked demo credentials are blocked by isCredentialUsableForApproval().
- Self-review — the same person recording both the independent result and the approval — is not permitted (SELF_REVIEW_PROHIBITED).
- Any approval recorded in this environment is a CONTROLLED UAT electronic approval record, not a qualified digital signature.
